A deposit of $75 is required for reservations of one or two nights and $150 for up to 7 days. Higher deposits are required for longer stays and for the Loft Suite.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the arrival date will be billed for the duration of the booking to a maximum of three days - less anything we can recover by reselling the rooms at short notice. We retain deposits for cancellations made between 7 and 21 days. For cancellations with more than 21 days notice we return the deposit, less $25 per room administration fee. The 7 and 21 day policies will be longer for reservations of more than 7 days duration.
Check-in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. If other required, please let us know in advance in order to ensure we will be at home.
Check-out by 11.00am.
The whole reservation is assumed to be cancelled and will be treated as per our cancellation policy.
No smoking allowed on the property.
As the house is not child proofed we are unable to accept children under 10 years of age.
